Selection Process and Criteria

PhD candidates can apply throughout the year to the Academic Lead (noel.fitzpatrick@tudublin.ie) by sending the following:

1. Evidence of a well-defined project.
2. Evidence of critical literacy and clarity of exposition in the research proposal.
3. Project relevance – in terms of both the potential benefit from, and the contribution to – the Research Centre programme and research themes
4. Track record as evidenced in CV and – where appropriate – references.

 

If you wish to apply for funding

The funding of applicants is done through institutional or national funding mechanisms. They require a completed funding application form, from Research Ireland (formerly Irish Research Council), for example.
