Giovanna develops aids for the professional development of graduate research student supervisors.  She works with the Head of the Graduate Research School to enhance quality assurance by automation of all processes.  

Giovanna works closely with colleagues in the recruitment of new graduate research students by attending recruitment events nationally and internationally, maintaining social media and website information.
