This session is designed to support Researchers who have recently joined TU Dublin, particularly postdoctoral researchers and research assistants, in articulating and planning their professional development goals. Participants will be guided through the process of completing the Researcher Career Development Plan, a structured document aimed at helping researchers define their career goals and identify opportunities for growth. The session will focus on setting clear, actionable objectives and aligning them with long-term aspirations, ensuring each researcher leaves with the tools needed to create a personalised and purposeful development plan.
