Who should attend
All staff who are currently involved or have been involved as research mentors in the university's Research Mentoring Programme.

Outline:
This one-hour meet-up provides an opportunity for research mentors to connect, exchange impressions, and reflect on their mentoring experiences in an informal setting. The session will facilitate discussion around both the challenges and successes encountered in mentoring, encouraging the sharing of insights and approaches across disciplines.

By bringing mentors together, the workshop aims to foster a supportive community, identify common themes, and surface ideas for enhancing the mentoring experience. It offers a space for collective reflection and peer learning, contributing to the ongoing development of effective research mentoring.
