This two-hour meet-up brings together former research mentees to reconnect, share reflections on their mentoring experiences, and build new peer connections. The session provides a space to explore how mentoring has shaped participants’ development, while also exchanging perspectives on the challenges and benefits encountered along the way.

With a focus on community-building, the workshop will encourage participants to learn from one another and explore opportunities for ongoing, peer-led support. It aims to foster a network of former mentees who can continue to share insights, offer guidance, and engage in informal peer mentoring beyond the session.
