Maura is the Research Facilities Manager. This role involves harmonisation of the Research Facilities located within the 5 TU Dublin Research Hubs.
Before this Maura was the Quality Manger for the CREST Technology Gateway from January 2020 until December 2024. This involved the management of the CREST Quality Management System ensuring compliance to ISO9001:2015 regulations.
Maura worked as a part-time assistant lecturer in Level 9 Quality Management and Validation programmes in TU Dublin for a number of years.
Maura has over 10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in both Active and Final Product manufacture in a number of roles.
- Technology specialist in Wyeth (Pfizer). Involved in product scale up, equipment validation, cleaning and process development and validation, from tablet manufacture, coating, printing to packaging.
- Quality Assurance specialist in both Bristol Myers Squibb and Schering Plough.
