We are in the midst of a technological era that is entirely disruptive (TU Dublin, Strategic Intent, 2030). Technological advancements are reshaping business by spawning new business models and industries and enabling existing businesses to evolve their offering and to gain operational efficiencies. However, digital transformation is also reshaping how we work and the knowledge and skills required for success. In this era of digital transformation, companies are rapidly digitalizing to remain competitive. However, companies often implement new technologies at short notice as isolated solutions. Digital Transformation needs a strategic focus (Lipsmeier et al, 2020) along with effective implementation. In fact, most digital transformation projects fail due to poor strategy execution’ (Adriano Gerardelli, Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation, PWC).

The PG Certificate in Digital Leadership and Transformation is designed to equip current and aspiring managers with a comprehensive understanding of digital technologies and their potential application, along with the leadership and transversal skills required to lead digital change within an organisation. This programme brings you into contact with the work of outstanding contemporary thinkers and practitioners. Modules are led by academic experts, the seminar series exposes you to industry leaders and our focus on peer learning will ensure that you learn a huge amount from your classmates who come from a wide array of organisations and industries.
