Beatriz Garcia is an instructional designer at TU Dublin, currently focused on the digital transformation of the New Frontiers Programme and supporting its overall delivery. She works on optimising the programme’s digital infrastructure and ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support entrepreneurship and innovation.

Previously, Beatriz worked on the GROWTHhub Project at TU Dublin, where she collaborated with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and academic staff to design and develop online learning programmes that fostered entrepreneurial thinking and supported business growth. She also oversaw the development of Creation Studios for video and podcast production.

Before joining TU Dublin, Beatriz worked extensively in the field of online education, handling roles related to the management, design, and development of e-learning programmes. Her experience includes instructional design, storyboarding, the creation of SCORM content packages, the dynamisation of online courses, and the administration of LMS platforms.

Beatriz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and a Master’s Degree in Guidance Counselling, all from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). She has collaborated with prestigious institutions such as UCLA, UC Berkeley, MIT, ESADE, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and the Public State Employment Service of Spain, providing creative and innovative e-learning solutions.
