Entrepreneurship Programmes & Support Services Team

Will Kinsella is a seasoned entrepreneur and digital strategist with over 12 years of experience across marketing, product development, and education. He joined TU Dublin Enterprise Engagement in October 2025 as Student Entrepreneurship Manager, where his focus is to develop, manage, and coordinate the student entrepreneurship function at TU Dublin in close collaboration, consultation, and cooperation with key internal and external stakeholders. His work spans all TU Dublin campuses and includes collaboration with regional and national ecosystem partners.

A graduate of the Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers Programme, he successfully secured funding from Enterprise Ireland and was featured as an Irish Times New Innovator. He has founded multiple ventures, including Plugin World, an e-commerce platform for music technology, and Elevator Program, an EdTech initiative that leverages NoCode and Generative AI to deliver immersive learning programmes for music producers.
