Cycling Ireland and TU Dublin Offer Training for Ride Leaders
Are you passionate about cycling and want to help make it easier for others on campus to get started?
TU Dublin, in partnership with Cycling Ireland, is delighted to offer a Community Bike Ride (CBR) Ride Leader Training Course taking place on:
π Wednesday, 4th December (9am-4pm)
π Lower House, Grangegorman
This one-day course will be delivered by Cycling Ireland and is open to all TU Dublin staff and students who have access to their own bike and have some previous cycling experience.
About the Training
The Ride Leader course equips you with the skills to:
- Plan and lead safe, social group rides
- Manage groups confidently on campus and local routes
- Create an inclusive and welcoming cycling environment
- Use the Cycling Ireland Club app for ride organisation and insurance
Membership Requirement
To take part, participants must be members of Cycling Ireland.
Once you register your interest, we will send you a discount code to avail of reduced membership rates:
- €30 for students
- €50 for staff
Once the code is received, you can register and complete your membership before the training date.
