Healthy Campus Couch-to-5k Autumn 2025
Looking to kickstart the new academic year with some healthy habits?
Reach your health and fitness goals faster in a fun and supportive environment. Week commencing 30 September 2025, Healthy Campus and TU Dublin Sport are running a 4-week Couch-to-5k Walk or Jog Series for students and staff, finishing with a Fun Run on 21 October at 1pm in Grangegorman, 22 October at 1pm in Tallaght and 23 October at 1pm in Blanchardstown. There are lots of prizes and beginners, including walkers, are highly encouraged to sign up.
The final fun runs of the year will take place on:
2 December 1pm: Blanchardstown
3 December 1pm: Tallaght
4 December 1pm Grangegorrman
As part of the series trained sports and health professionals are offering:
- Free weekly in-person meet up lunch time walk/run sessions
- Free nutritional fact sheets
- Free training plan
