Smarter Travel - Ready, Set, Cycle 2026
The National Transport Authority's Ready, Set, Cycle 2026 programme runs from Monday 11 May until Friday 29 May 2026. As Smarter Travel for Campuses programme partners TU Dublin students and staff will be encouraging and supporting new, existing and returning cyclists to cycle on the commute to campus and beyond.
Create or join a Team and compete against others at TU Dublin and across Ireland to climb the rank on the Active Travel Leader board. There will be competitions, updated Leader boards, plenty of prizes and plenty of fun.

- Start logging your journeys on Monday 11 May.
- A log is one journey by bike that lasted 5 or more minutes, so if you cycle to and from campus in a day enter ‘2’ journeys.
- To help us get started, TU Dublin Sustainability and TU Dublin Sport have a cycle goodie bag to give away to the first three teams registered - Let’s get ready to cycle!
