Sally Anne is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors, a qualified solicitor, and a senior executive with extensive experience across the legal, property, and operations sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law and an LLB from NUI Galway and qualified as a solicitor with Matheson in Dublin.
Over the course of her career, Sally Anne has held senior positions with several of Ireland’s leading real estate companies for over 13 years, and most recently served as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland with Ecocem. She has also gained significant governance experience as a Non-Executive Director across the private, public, and charity sectors, and from 2023 to 2025 served as an External Member of the Governing Body of Technological University Dublin.
Sally Anne has a strong record of driving organisational growth, managing large workforces, navigating complex operational challenges, and delivering measurable results. Her leadership and expertise will make a valuable contribution to TU Dublin during this interim period, supporting the university’s financial recovery and the continued advancement of our strategic objectives.
