Niamh Shannon

Vice President of People, Organisation & Culture

Before joining TU Dublin Niamh spent almost 20 years designing, planning and driving delivery of transformational change in some of the biggest organisations in the UK, including PA Consulting. She loves working with people across organisations to understand how they can be supported to understand, adapt to and embrace change. She is fascinated by the complexity of organisations and figuring out how people grow and work together to achieve their goals.

At home, Niamh has a young daughter to play with, and prioritises her health and wellbeing through activities like walking, running, HIIT, yoga, mindfulness and learning about good nutrition. With a bit of free time she is energised by art exhibitions and any kind of sewing craft.
