AKAM

This collaborative partnership, governed by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) renewed in 2024 (originally established in 2021), defines the respective responsibilities of TU Dublin and AKAM in delivering the PG Cert in Key Account Management (KAM) and the planned Pg Dip in KAM. Currently, the PG Cert in KAM is offered, with the programme running fully online to accommodate a globally distributed student base. Now in its fourth cohort, the programme has graduated students from every continent except Antarctica. Quality assurance is maintained through an external examiner and a Programme Board comprising staff from TU Dublin and AKAM. The programme is designed for key account managers at various career stages, from early-stage professionals to experienced practitioners seeking to upskill and further professionalize KAM. To date, over 100 students have graduated across three cohorts. Financially, the collaboration is sustainable, with AKAM handling student recruitment and covering lecturer fees and student insurance.
