Published: 28 Feb, 2024

The 18th annual TU Dublin Retail Symposium will focus on ‘Transforming Spaces’ and the role of retail in creating mixed-use places and examine how property markets are processed into residential, commercial, office, mixed-use and retail. Organised by the School of Business Technology, Retail & Supply Chain in the Faculty of Business, it will take place on Monday, 04 March and Tuesday, 05 March, in Aungier Street in Room 5050, and all are welcome.

The presenters will also discuss sustainability, the public realm, transit systems and civic offices to encourage urban culture and the Night-Time Economy. In addition to these, the event will look at retail and technology and the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.

The symposium will host an eclectic mix of views from senior retail executives, customer insight & technology adoption experts and international retail academics on issues about technologically driven retail strategies.
