Last week the 3rd year Nutraceutical students (TU882/3) showcased their newly developed food and beverage products after a semester of hard work. It was an exciting journey all the way from idea generation to product launch. Thanks to Prof. Nisreen Abu Ghanam, Dr. Tao Zhang and Dr. Graham O'Neill for joining the benchmarking session to encourage the students and taking part in the sensory trial. This week they have successfully made their Elevator Pitches with Dr. Catherine Barry-Ryan and Dr. Lubna Ahmed. Well done to the class.
