The School of Food Science and Environmental Health attended the Food & Drink Business Conference and Exhibition on the 1st Dec 2022 and discussed how TU Dublin can work with companies for Food technology and sustainability innovation. School speakers at several Conference events included Julie Dunne on the Food Innovation Lab; Gemma Kinsella on Brewing & Distilling; Fintan Moran on Food Safety and Sustainability; and Graham O'Neill on education for a sustainable food sector. Azza Silotry Naik fielded queries on the exhibition stand.
