The School of Food Science and Environmental Health hosted their Annual Research and Innovation Showcase 2025 on 12 May 2025 in Central Quad, Grangegorman.
TU Dublin researchers attended the Institute of Food Science & Technology Ireland (IFSTI) 52nd annual research conference 11th and 12th December 2024 in UCD. Sessions were chaired by Dr Catherine Barry-Ryan and Prof Jesus Maria Frias Celayeta and there were excellent oral and poster presentations from School PhD researchers. Oral presenters included:

Gemma Lyons shared the prize for best oral presentation.
