Pharmacy Technician Students Enjoy a Networking Pizza Day with Med Connect
Final-year students from the Pharmacy Technician Studies programme enjoyed a vibrant Pizza Day event with Med Connect on 7 November 2025. The event combined professional networking, career insights, and an opportunity for students to connect with peers and industry representatives in a relaxed and engaging setting.
Students, including those who recently joined the programme through Advanced Entry, had the chance to meet professionals from Med Connect, learn about diverse career pathways within pharmacy and healthcare, and gain valuable advice on preparing for work placements and future job applications — all while enjoying some well-deserved pizza.
We extend sincere thanks to Tyrell Ronne, Bronwyn Farrell, and Carl George from Med Connect for their contribution to the event and for sharing their industry expertise.
