The School of Food Science and Environmental Health celebrated the launch of the MSc. in Brewing and Distilling on the Technological University Dublin Grangegorman campus.
The event kicked off with a fascinating tour of TU Dublin’s state of the art Brewing and Distilling facilities, highlighting several products and research projects.
Will Keating led an expert panel discussion entitled "Bubbling up" - the state of the Irish drinks industry with industry experts Neale Young, Enda Winters and Marie Byrne before the official launch of the MSc programme by Dr Catherine Barry Ryan which is now open for applications.
The event was sponsored by TU Dublin Enterprise Academy and the Irish Whiskey Association.
