School of Food Science and Environmental Health researcher wins Foods Best Paper Award
Congratulations to Kalpani Y. Perera and her PhD supervisors, Dr. Amit Jaiswal and Dr. Swarna Jaiswal, from the School of Food Science and Environmental Health, TU Dublin, for receiving the prestigious Foods Best Paper Award. Their article, “Biopolymer-Based Sustainable Food Packaging Materials: Challenges, Solutions, and Applications,” published in Foods, was selected from over 4,500 papers for its originality and scientific significance. The award includes a CHF 800 cash prize, a certificate, and a full waiver for a future publication in Foods.
