The School of Food Science and Environmental Health hosted their Annual Research and Innovation Showcase 2025 on 12 May 2025 in Central Quad, Grangegorman.

Congratulations to TU869 graduate Sinead Oshokoya who presented the findings of her final year project on seaweed at the EHAI conference today. Pictured with Damien Lynch, Chair of a EHAI are Trish Twohig, Safefood and Sara Boyd Programme Chair, Environmental Health. Sinead is currently working as an EHO at Dublin Port. Her project was supervised by Dr.Uma Tiwari.
