Physics of Martial Arts School Event
On Tuesday 15th November the School welcomed transition years, and senior cycle physics and PE students from three local schools to the Science week demonstration lecture on the Physics of Marial Arts. Approximately 180 students participated and learned the importance of science and how it underpins sports and sports performance. The local schools that participated included St Declan’s, St Dominics and Ard Scoil Ris. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
