Your well-being matters. College can be stressful at times, especially during exams, but support is always available. In this article, you will find information on the student services, advice and well-being supports available to you.

Student Services Webinar – Get Help with Fees, Registration, and Module Selection
The University is hosting online support sessions for students experiencing issues with fees or registration on Microsoft Teams, held Monday to Thursday from 15:00-15:30.
TU Dublin Students’ Union Student Advice and Advocacy Service
The Student Advice and Advocacy Service in TU Dublin Students’ Union is here to support you with a wide range of issues. The team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm via:

- Walk-ins and in-person appointments across campuses (Tallaght Student Advice and Advocacy Office open on Mondays, Wednesdays,and Thursdays only)
The team aims to acknowledge all digital queries within 5 working days.
Who they are
There are five Student Advisors based across the Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown, and Tallaght campuses, alongside the Welfare, Equality & Advice Lead who is based in Aungier Street.
How can they support you
The Student Advisors have experience supporting students in areas including:
- Student rights and entitlements under the TU Dublin SU Constitution
- Accommodation and employment queries
- Campus facilities
- Grants, fees, and funding issues
- Exam and assessment concerns
- Complaints procedures and programme delivery
- Signposting to internal and external supports, including mental and physical health services
If you are unsure whether your query falls into one of these areas, you are encouraged to reach out via email, and the team will guide you.
Student Well-being Support Reminder
Your well-being matters. College can be stressful at times, especially during exams, but support is always available.
- Student Health Service: Free on-campus care from doctors and nurses, supporting your physical, mental, and social wellbeing (some services may have a small fee). Read more.
- Counselling Service: Free, confidential support including one-to-one, group, and online or in-person sessions (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Read more.
- Pastoral Care & Chaplaincy: 24/7 confidential support for advice or a listening ear. Read more.
- External Resources: Additional supports available outside of college and after hours. Read more.
