Note: A number of existing policies and procedures are effected by the changes in the Haddington Road Agreement & the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2013. HR are currently reviewing those policies and modifying them in a systematic way. In the interim, the terms of Circular Letter 30/2013; the Haddington Road Agreement; and the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2013 will govern.
Please note: Existing HR policies and practices will continue to operate at local level, pending the development of new TU Dublin HR policies and practices, unless otherwise advised.
