Systems & Analytics

The HR Systems and Analytics Team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the ‘CoreHR’ Information System in TU Dublin. This includes developing governance around Core HR security, providing systems access to TU Dublin employees and managing queries from the Core community. In addition, the team drives the configuration, testing and deployment of system enhancements, new projects and regulatory changes to the system. The HR Systems and Analytics Team work closely with other HR teams, functional units within TU Dublin and external suppliers to ensure the system meets the needs of the University.

The newly established analytics team are responsible for providing HR data to facilitate TU Dublin decision-making at all management Levels. The team provide key data which influences policy and strategy development in critical areas such as Workforce Planning, Recruitment Planning, and Talent Development Strategies. The team also provide key data for all internal and external university stakeholders such as the UET, Finance, Research, Strategy and Planning, Compliance and Governance, EDI, Employee Engagement, ICT, the HEA, Audit (internal and external), insurance, FOI’s and Department parliamentary questions.
