Putting together your CV involves making a series of decisions about content, typography, layout and visual style. A CV should always be accompanied with a Cover Letter. A covering letter should accompany any CV you send and is particularly important if your CV is unsolicited and speculative. In essence a cover letter demonstrates your motivation to do the job.
