Spin fitness, or spinning, is an indoor cycling workout on stationary bikes, led by an instructor. It involves high-intensity cycling exercises with adjustable resistance, set to music. The class typically includes intervals of intense cycling and recovery periods, aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. It’s a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
