Two GENESIS confirmation vivas success.
Two GENESIS postgraduate students, Aitzaz and Adithya, recently successfully defended their Confirmation Thesis by oral examination. Both were highly commended for the standard of their written and oral communication on their research topics. The external examiners were Dr. Brendan McCarra (MTU - Aitzaz) and Dr. Claire Lennon (SETU - Adithya). The examination chair was Prof. Christine O'Connor (TU Dublin - Faculty Head of Research and Innovation).
