Outline
This dynamic and interactive refresher workshop is designed specifically for current research mentors. This session will delve into the latest trends, models, and best practices in research mentoring, offering a valuable opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and refresh your mentoring approach.
Through open discussions and collaborative activities, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities they have encountered in their mentoring roles by sharing experiences and insights in a supportive peer environment.
A key highlight of the session will be the formal launch of the TU Dublin Research Mentors Network, aimed at fostering a vibrant, connected community of mentors across the university.
