- The design of our summer school started with two co-creation exercises which we undertook with students to determine what the aims and learning objectives of the summer school should be. Our briefing document is included here for anyone who wishes to undertake a similar exercise:

- We created a toolkit to set out clearly the aims, schedule and proposed activities for the summer school. We have also included detailed instructions on how to carry out each of the workshops and appendices which include the application form, templates for exercises and workshop instructions.

- We also provided a Student Handbook for participants attending the summer school.
- We recently presented initial outcomes of our survey at the International Manufacturing Conference held in Magee Campus, Ulster University, August 2023. The conference proceedings are available here - pages 27-28.
- One of our summer school students, Zamir Pestano presented his views on the success of the summer school at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Sustainable Energy and Environmental Protection Symposium at Brunel University, London.
