Payment Issues

Payments can fail for several common reasons, including:

  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Incorrect card details (number, expiry date, CVV)
  • Bank security blocks, especially for international transactions
  • Daily transaction limits set by your bank
  • Expired or inactive card
  • Temporary system issues with the payment gateway
  • Network timeouts during the payment process
  • Browser or device issues preventing the transaction from completing

Pending charges often appear when a transaction attempt was made but not completed. These usually disappear automatically within a few business days. You will receive an official payment confirmation only if the fee was successfully processed.
