Musgrave Marketplace are the only 100% Irish owned national foodservice wholesaler dating back over 140 years and have a long-standing relationship as a strategic partner of TU Dublin. Musgrave Marketplace, a highly valued partner of TU Dublin, have pledged a €250,000 investment to develop a state-of-the-art training restaurant for the Grangegorman campus, supporting TU Dublin to create a Centre of Excellence for Food and Drink in our new campus.

Musgrave MarketPlace has also invested in a scholarship fund, this scholarship programme is part of Musgrave MarketPlace's ongoing commitment to supporting the development of the Irish food sector and investing in up-and-coming chefs and future leaders of the food industry. Musgrave Scholarships in the School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology support & reward high achieving students in the BA in Culinary Arts (TU942) and BSc in Culinary Entrepreneurship (TU943) programmes with scholarships to the value of €3,000 each.

These scholarships are funded on an annual basis as part of the company's commitment to food leadership and investment in the future of the Irish food sector, reopening for applications in Autumn 2023.
