Need help with using Brightspace?
After logging into Brightspace you have 24-hour chat and email access to "Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L" (on the bottom right corner of the screen 'Get Help').
- Look for the 'Get Help' bubble at the bottom right of the screen in Brightspace
- The Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L can help you with any how-to questions about using the tools and functionality in Brightspace.
- If the 'Get Help' chatbot cannot answer your question you can chat with a real support expert from Brightspace.

Queries about your modules
Missing a module in Brightspace?
Module enrollment is now controlled and automated based on lecturer assignment to CRN(Course Reference Number) in Banner 9.
For enrollment to be updated you must follow local Faculty/School procedures to have your Banner record updated. -
