A Brighter Future, Accelerating Institutional Transformation for Gender Equality in HE
Organised by TU Dublin, this Athena SWAN conference will provide an opportunity to hear from leaders and experts on transforming HE institutions towards gender equality while also sharing experiences on challenges and opportunities ahead.
Learning, participation, and co-creation will be ensured through a mix of session formats - including keynotes, webinars, roundtables, and workshops. The emphasis during the afternoon session will be on exploring how to move away from binary concepts of gender and to adopt an intersectional approach in the design, implementation, and evaluation of gender action plans.
