Dr. Fardus Sultan is Programme Coordinator for all Digital Marketing programmes at TU Dublin’s Tallaght Campus. With a multidisciplinary academic background that spans Politics, Languages, Graphic Design, Management, Cyberpsychology, and Marketing, she is currently completing a PhD exploring the commercial determinants of health, with her thesis submitted for examination.

She lectures across undergraduate programmes, delivering modules such as Interactive Marketing, Web/App Design Optimisation, and Capstone (Work Placement). Her teaching practice is grounded in emerging technologies and student- centred pedagogy—embedding augmented reality (AR), gamification, and diverse, authentic assessment methods to maximise student engagement and industry relevance.
