Róisín is a lecturer in Digital Marketing in the School of Marketing, Technological University Dublin. Róisín supervises doctoral research projects, executive capstone consultancy projects as well as undergraduate and post graduate dissertations. Her research interests revolve around B2B digital adoption and innovation, B2B relationships operating in web based channels, including network based platforms (two-sided & multi-sided).  

Róisín founded TU Dublin’s Digital Marketing Research Group in 2018. The research group aims to facilitate national and international leading scholarly and industry research in the field of digital marketing, addressing the needs of business and society. The key principles of the DMRG is to contribute through research, collaboration and impact. By connecting with leading scholars from research-focused universities, the group provides a supportive environment for our research scholars and research active lecturers through the facilitation of workshops, seminars and project clinics to enable engagement & training with best practice data collection and analysis methods. The group have collaborated with local and international colleagues from UCD, Grenoble Ecole de Management, Emlyon Business School, Liverpool University, Harbin Institute of Technology, the University of Southern California, and Princeton University. 

Prior to joining TU Dublin, Róisín also lectured in the Michael Smurfit Business School, UCD. Throughout her time in UCD she has held a number of school contributory roles including Director of the MSc Digital Marketing programme, she was the Marketing subject-area representative for the Teaching and Learning Committee as well as a member of the doctoral studies panel and internal examiner. 

Róisín worked as a digital marketing manager for one of Ireland’s leading online corporate gift companies where she planned, implemented and managed online marketing strategies and campaigns as well as the launch and management of key affiliate partner micro sites, including the Irish Times readersoffers.ie, the Irish Independent micro site - independentshopping.ie, Tayto, and Aer Arann.
