Marketing programme and serves as Year Tutor for second-year students in the BA in International Business & Languages. She holds a PhD in Business Studies, an MSc in Strategic Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Learning & Teaching.
Dr. Kim teaches across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, delivering modules in Consumer Behaviour, User Experience Design, and Organisational Behaviour & Theory. Her teaching philosophy centres on active learning and applied assessment. She has designed and implemented Problem-Based Learning (PBL) assessments, including live industry and consultancy projects. She also created TU Dublin’s Digital Badge in Design Thinking, aligning design- based learning with employability and innovation outcomes.

Her interdisciplinary research explores identity construction and authenticity in professional and online spaces, with a particular emphasis on LGBTQ+ experiences and diversity resistance in organisational settings.
