Maths&Tech4Her Awards
The School of Mathematics & Statistics was delighted to be part of the 2026 Maths & Tech 4 Her awards, a partnership between TU Dublin and the technology sector, emphasising the importance of diversity in that sector and supporting talented females from the outset. The awards, hosted by the Faculty of Computing, Digital and Data, were supported by Huawei and took place on 14 May 2026.
The event celebrated female undergraduate students from the Faculty who have demonstrated strong academic potential, passion for their discipline, and ambition for the future of technology. Supported by Huawei, the award reflects a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, and strengthening the talent pipeline in Ireland’s technology sector. Successful students received a financial Bursary of €3,000 and the opportunity to engage with Huawei employees to learn more about career pathways and skills for the tech industry.
