2025/26 Springboard+ funded courses in Mathematics & Statistics

We are delighted to confirm that the School of Mathematics & Statistics will again be offering its highly sought-after continuing professional development courses in Applied Statistics and Data Analys

Another generation of learners will benefit from the ability to enhance their skills in these vital disciplines supported by Springboard+ funding.  The School of Mathematics & Statistics has provided government-funded upskilling and reskilling programmes for more than a decade, and it's known and trusted for the quality of its programmes and the excellent learning experience for those returning to education or seeking to improve their skills and employability.

Springboard+ funded programmes with entry in September 2025 were announced in May, and places have filled up fast.  We are still accepting applications, and when Springboard+-funded places are exhausted, students have the option of registering as self-funding learners.  The School is offering, via Springboard+, funded places on our programmes Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Statistics and CPD Diploma in Data Analysis for Professionals. The School of Mathematical Sciences has been successfully providing high-quality professional programmes that support better employment opportunities and continuing professional development for over 10 years.  The ongoing funding from the government for our programmes emphasises the importance of mathematical and statistical skills to Ireland's growing economy.  Our graduates are needed to meet the demand for highly-skilled professionals with technical and mathematical skills in global companies and emerging sectors.
