Niall brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience gained in Ireland and internationally across a range of sectors, including professional services, pharmaceuticals and technology.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in large-scale organisations, leading strategic and operational HR initiatives that support organisational growth, performance and transformation. His expertise spans HR strategy and workforce planning, HR operations, performance management and reward, learning and development, and technology-enabled HR services. Niall also has extensive experience leading HR transformation and change programmes, helping organisations adapt and thrive in evolving environments.
Niall is a graduate of Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, as well as an MSc in Talent, Leadership and HR Strategy from Dublin City University. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Ireland and a Fellow of the Learning and Development Institute of Ireland.
