Get Support for Teaching & Learning

The Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) team is here to support you across the academic year. We invite you to engage with us in any of the following ways.

Sparks 1:1 - Talk to us about your teaching: Book some time with an academic developer for a 1:1 discussion about your own teaching practice. Consider this an opportunity to talk through your current experiences of teaching and engaging with your students, and perhaps spark some new ideas.

Consultation on Learning, Teaching and Assessment: Book some time with an academic developer for you, and/or your colleagues to discuss some area of interest or concern regarding your programme or your own practice for which you feel you need advice or support.

Book at Workshop: The Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) team offers workshops in a variety of areas. If you would like to discuss the possibility of a workshop being offered to your programme team, your school or to some other group, we would like to hear from you.

Drop in to LTA: The Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) is based on the Academic Hub on TU Dublin's Grangegorman Campus. Feel free to drop in to see us. Our Academic Developers will spend some time on all TU Dublin campuses and will make these times known, should you wish to drop in to talk to us in those locations.

Cup of Teaching: The LTA Team, along with its affiliates and friends visits each TU Dublin campus at least once per year for an informal Cup of Teaching event. We invite all staff to join us for a chat about any aspect of their learning, teaching and assessment practice, or just to say hello and meet members of our team.

If you wish to discuss any of these areas of support, contact the Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) team.
