Who We Are

TrailblazHER™ is a vibrant and dynamic community of people, organisations and enterprises working together to advance gender equality. Led by Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin), we support girls and women to navigate education, employment, leadership and entrepreneurship,

What We Do

Launched in 2024, TrailblazHER™ creates opportunities for girls and women to through programmes, events, mentorship, scholarships and industry partnerships across three pillars:

TrailblazHER™ brings together programmes, events, and opportunities across education, work, and entrepreneurship - connecting women at different life stages through three pillars: Inspire, Develop, and Innovate. From second-level students exploring their options to professionals building what comes next, TrailblazHER™ is designed to create access, open pathways, and support progression at every stage.

Programmes and Learning Experiences - Workshops, school engagement, and development programmes that build skills, broaden horizons, and open up pathways across different life stages.
Mentoring and Guidance - Connections with mentors and professionals who offer practical guidance and support at key transition points in education and work.
Scholarships and Recognition - Opportunities that support access and acknowledge achievement, with a particular focus on areas where women remain underrepresented.
Industry and Partnership Engagement - Collaboration with employers, organisations, and partners that creates meaningful connections between participants and the professional world.
Community and Visibility - Events, campaigns, and role model initiatives that build community, reflect the diversity of women's experiences, and make progression visible.
