There are several ways to get involved - from mentoring a student one-to-one, to delivering a talk, sharing your story, or presenting at an awards ceremony. Whatever your background or sector, your experience has value here.
Ways to contribute:
- MentorHER: Guide a student who is navigating the path you have already walked. Through one-to-one mentoring across the academic year, you can offer the kind of practical, honest guidance that makes a real difference at a critical stage.
- Present Awards: Be part of the moment a young woman is recognised for her work and potential. Award presenters play a meaningful role in the TY TrailblazHER Awards and other TrailblazHER events throughout the year.
- Deliver a Talk or Workshop: Share your knowledge, your story, or your expertise with students and participants across our programmes. Whether it is a one-off session or an ongoing contribution, your perspective matters.

- The Spotlight Role Models Series: The Spotlight Role Models Series is a short video interview series featuring trailblazers across sectors and life stages - capturing the moments, choices, and turning points that shaped their path.
Research consistently shows that relatable role models influence whether women apply for roles, pursue leadership, and believe progression is possible for them.
The series celebrates the full spectrum of experience, including students, graduates, and early career professionals, career changers and those returning to work, founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, and community builders, people working in fields where they remain underrepresented, and those navigating the intersections of identity, ability, and lived experience.
How it works - We record your interview at a time and place that suits you, The feature will be published across TrailblazHER™ channels and the website.
