Second Level Programmes
TrailblazHER™ starts early. Our second level programmes are designed for Transition Year students who are beginning to explore their futures - widening exposure to different career pathways, building confidence, and challenging assumptions about who belongs where.
Through awards, school programmes, and real world experiences, we create opportunities for young women to discover their strengths and broaden their horizons before the big decisions are made.

The TY TrailblazHER Awards recognise Transition Year students across Ireland who are already making an impact - in their schools, their communities, and beyond. From leadership and creativity to wellbeing, entrepreneurship, and community contribution, the awards celebrate the many different ways young women are showing up and making a difference.
