There are a number of ways to contribute professionally to TrailblazHER™, outlined below. We welcome expressions of interest from individuals and organisations across all sectors and career stages.

 

Speak at an Event or Programme

Speakers contribute to TrailblazHER™ events, workshops, programme sessions, and festivals throughout the year - from short panel contributions to dedicated talks. Whether sharing professional expertise, career insights, or lived experience, speakers play a valued role in connecting participants with perspectives that broaden their horizons.

 

Host an Event or Industry Visit

Organisations and individuals can host TrailblazHER™ groups for industry visits, site experiences, or collaborative events as part of our programme activities. These visits give students and participants direct exposure to professional environments and are among the most impactful ways to connect with our community.

 

Contribute to a Workshop or Programme

Professionals can contribute to TrailblazHER™ workshops and programmes by co-facilitating sessions, sharing case studies, offering feedback on participant work, or lending specialist expertise to programme content. These contributions enrich the learning experience and strengthen the connection between education and professional practice.

Become a Mentor

Through MentorHER, professionals are matched with students for one-to-one mentoring across the academic year. Training and support are provided throughout the programme. Mentors are welcome from all sectors, career stages, and backgrounds.

Visibility and representation are central to what TrailblazHER™ does. Through our Spotlight Role Models Series and other initiatives, we create opportunities for women across sectors and career stages to share their experience - reaching students, professionals, and communities who benefit from seeing diverse pathways reflected.
