First Steps is a free programme for women who are exploring self-employment, considering starting their own business, or returning to work. It requires no prior business experience or idea - it is designed to meet people exactly where they are and guide them through the early stages of entrepreneurial thinking, planning, and action. The programme is delivered in two steps, which can be attended separately or together.
All you need to know
- Target audience: Women aged 18 and over living in Dublin or nearby who want to explore self-employment or starting their own business, including women returning to work.
- Eligibility requirements: Open to all women aged 18 and over. No business idea or prior experience required.
