TU Dublin Healthy Campus
Welcome to TU Dublin's Healthy Campus, a vibrant programme dedicated to nurturing the well-being of our students and staff. Discover the series of Healthy Campus programmes, activities and resources that have been designed to support your physical, mental, and social health.
In May 2025, TU Dublin’s Healthy Campus programme achieved FISU International Platinum Accreditation - the programme’s highest distinction, across all five of its campuses following a rigorous evaluation process.
You can join the Couch-to-5km challenges, Fun Runs and Staff Relays, Healthy Food Made Easy cook-along sessions, Quit Smoking/Vaping and Alcohol Awareness Programmes, Student Feel Good and Wellbeing Week or contribute your favourite recipe to the Healthy Campus Cookbook, there's something for everyone aiming to lead a healthier lifestyle. TU Dublin’s comprehensive Student Life offerings also include a variety of sports and wellness activities, and access to vital services like counselling and pastoral care. Whether you're looking to get active, eat healthier, or find support, the Healthy Campus programme is here to support you to have a balanced and fulfilling University experience.

TU Dublin FISU Accreditation
Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) has been awarded the highest level of recognition by the International University Sports Federation (FISU), achieving Platinum certification in its Healthy Campus programme.

TU Dublin Healthy Campus Cookbook
TU Dublin celebrated the second publication of the Healthy Campus Cookbook at a launch event on the Grangegorman campus on 01 May, 2025. The cookbook consists of 48 healthy and sustainable recipes submitted by students and staff at TU Dublin along with some guest contributors.

Couch-to-5km
This programme concluded with the Staff Relay event held on 29 May. Are you ready to take on a new fitness challenge? Join the next Couch-to-5km programme at TU Dublin in March 2026.

Quit Smoking and Vaping Programme
Students and staff at TU Dublin can avail of a free 10-12 week stop smoking and vaping programme, with group support, one-to-one support and free Nicotine Replacement. Find out what supports are available at your campus location here.

Healthy Food Made Easy Programme for Students & Staff
We are delighted to offer students and staff the opportunity to register for the Healthy Food Made Easy Programme, a free 6-week online cook-a-long programme delivered by the HSE. Programme starts Tuesday 18 February for staff and Wednesday 19 February for students, 7-9pm

Student Feel Good and Wellbeing Week 2025
The Student Feel Good and Wellbeing Week took place from 07 to 10 April across all of the TU Dublin Campuses.
