Research Underpinning the Programme
- Keiron’s PhD research focuses on how managerial responses and decision-making are formulated during uncertainty, specifically from an ethics perspective.
- His research has been presented at various academic conferences including the British Academy of Management, Irish Academy of Management, and the Academy of International Business.

Scholarship Underpinning the Programme
- Keiron is actively involved in Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) at TU Dublin.
- His research focuses on managerial decision-making in uncertain environments, particularly on the ethical implications of these decisions.
- His academic work integrates ethical perspectives into Strategic Management and Middle Management practices, bridging the gap between business strategy and responsible leadership. Industry and Profession, Civic and Community Engagement, Staff Development
- Keiron has extensive industry experience in construction management, particularly in project management roles. He has worked on high-profile projects including those for Cargill’s, Granada Studios, and the Olympics 2012, and has managed the redesign and fit-out of a marquee hotel.
- He is also an External Examiner for the Atlantic Technological University (ATU), overseeing postgraduate diploma and MSc programs in Applied Leadership & Management.
